Deliverables include:

• Estimate and testing approach document
  We deliver this document after the initial review of the project. It describes the sections that will be tested, details of the environment, test data requirements, and the anticipated time and cost of the project.
• Testing Plan
  This document describes each step of the testing, such that full testing can be repeated in exactly the same manner as often as required, and so that you can see precisely what is being tested and how. We can deliver this plan at the commencement of actual testing, on request.
• Results Document
  The results document summarizes all issues, findings, recommendations, and concerns that have arisen in the course of the testing. We produce separate Results Documents for each tester and each round of testing.
• Screen prints and error texts
  To supplement the results document, we provide the exact wording and context of error messages, as well as screen prints of results, where appropriate.
• Other Documentation
  We can also provide outlines for user documentation, user interface assessments, or other documentation on request or as appropriate.
